| Abstract: | Using the low-carbon transportation development of Zhengzhou as an example,the paper employs the SWOT matrix to analyze the opportunities and threats it faces as well as the strength it enjoys and weakness it suffers and presents general policy suggestions for the development of low-carbon transportation. |
