| 摘 要： | 人殉文化起源于父系氏族公社时期,伴随着中国古代社会的发展,在不同的阶段着有不同的表现形式。本文从现已发掘的秦公墓葬及其相关史料出发,着眼于秦与殷的族源关系、其自身的民族性格和发展历史及当时外界风气的影响等方面,总结出秦代人殉制度具有出现较早而确立较晚,殉人数量逐渐剧增,统治者以其作为排除异己的手段等特点。
