| 摘 要： | 运用刘易斯拐点理论对可能影响贵州工业企业招工难、劳动力成本上升,劳动者发生变化等因素进行了分析,并提出了企业经营管理者要转变观念、提高产品科技含量,实现产业结构优化升级,积极应对通货膨胀,主动适应劳动者变化等相应的对策。
