| Abstract: | The artical,according to the theory of factor analysis of economic growth,establishes two sets of index systems (microcosmic and macroscopic) measuring and assessing and analysing the degree of changing the mode of economic growth, and measures the level and the contribution ratio of extended technical progress of state owned large and middle scaled industrial enterprises in Hebei province,defines the period of scale returns of enterprises,and then gets the conclusion with high practical value. |
