| 摘 要： | 民团原是乡村自卫组织,但随着晚清社会动乱的加剧,民团势力开始兴起,逐步演化为掌握乡村基层权力的"自治"机构.就地处西南边疆的广西而言,民国初年,民团已成为乡村基层社会新的权力中心,乡村地方出现了军事化的局面.

| Abstract: | People group was countryside self-guard organization.With the situation turbulent and intranqulity deepening,at the late Qing dynasty,people group developed.Then it evolved a self-government institute which controlled countryside basic power.According to Guangxi province locates at south-west border,at the beginning of the Republic China,people group had been the center of new countryside basic social power.A militarize situation appeared in countryside. |
