| 摘 要： | 本文研究了行业集体协商对维护农民工权益的作用，认为推行行业集体协商，不但能将农民工维权方式前置，从而改变以往农民工事后维权的方式，而且能使农民工的个人意志通过规范化的方式得到集体表达，进而改变农民工在经济方面的弱势地位。为了发挥行业集体协商对维护农民工权益的作用，本文认为需要解决行业集体协商主体不健全、相关法律不完善以及政府作用发挥不到位等问题。

| Abstract: | his paper showed the industry collective negotiation could change the way of migrant workers 'safeguarding their rights, and express the migrant workers individual interests, in order to improve the absolute weak position of migrant workers on economic status. This paper argued that some issues required to resolve including cultivating the industry collective consultation subject, improving relevant laws and regulations and correcting the right role of government to improve the system of the industry collective negotiation. |
