探索旅游目的地服务质量的波动

当越来越多的城市、地区认识到旅游发展的潜力和重要性，并积极进入副旅游目的地发展时，旅游目的地的竞争也越来越剧烈，旅游服务质量成为旅游目的地竞争的关键，但是国内旅游目的地质量管理中存在结构性的缺陷还没有得到充分的重视，例如，导致目的地服务质量普遍存在波动，旅游服务质量提升滞后于游客的预期等现象的原因还需进一步探讨。运用系统动力学分析方法，探询旅游目的地服务质量管理的内部结构，并建立起质量管理的动态模型。此研究通过模拟实验，评估旅游目的地旅游质量管理的特点，并对改进目的地的质量管理做出建议。

Exploring the Fluctuation of the Service Quality of the Tourism Destination

When the importance of the tourism has been gradually recognized and more and more areas are making efforts to become the tourism destination. As a result, the competition among the tourism destinations is becoming furious and the service quality turns out to be one of the key factors which determines the winner. Yet, although a few studies have been done on the improvement of the service quality of the destination, some problematic patterns of service quality which have been observed over long time have not been fully explored and understood. Policies which were attempted to address these patterns seem not effective. It is expected that with a simulation system dynamics model, some sights can be obtained and policies can be improved.
