| Abstract: | This paper attempts to explain commodity supply chain by extending the principal-agent model.The choice of the main acts in supply chain is analyzed,and a principal-agent model of supply chain is built,and the basic idea and conditions are proposed by solving the model about specification commodity supply chain and elimination of adverse selection. |
