| 摘 要： | 加快钢铁企业的并购重组,是体现国际钢铁行业发展内在规律,满足我国钢铁产业发展政策,迅速提高我国钢铁产业生产集中度的必然选择。在实施过程中,要特别注意坚持并购重组的市场化导向,加强对外资并购的有效规制,加强对上游产业的并购重组。
