| 摘 要： | 随着我国物流产业的快速发展,目前物流人才需求的巨大缺口,以及供需人才不匹配的现状,本文分析了我国物流人才需求现状和物流专业培养模式,提出了我国物流专业人才的需求层次,在此基础上,对未来物流专业人才能力的需求趋势和培养进行分析。
