| Abstract: | The limitations of the theory on firm contracts in western countries lie in the three aspects such as defects of the paradigm base of the theory; the intern logical contradictions of the theory; the conflict between the theory and the history and the reality. We must attach great importance to it in learning and drawing lessons from it. |
