An Analysis of Problems of Intensive Land Use in Towns

In accordance with the viewpoint of scientific development and the principle of realizing urbanization characteristic of China and on the basis of the connotation of intensive land use,this paper analyzes the problems in intensive land use in small Chinese towns and puts forward countermeasures for the improvement of intensive land use of small towns,that is,land use of small towns should be linked with rural and social economic development,the development of industrial agglomeration of small towns should be accelerated and land income distribution mechanism of small towns should be established and perfected.
