| 摘 要： | 近年来，消化我国商业银行的不良资产被领导层提上了重要的议事日程，本文首先分析了我国商业银行的不良资产的总体状况，进而结合中外不良资产处置与消化的成功案例，并针对我国的具体情况提出解决方案，希望能够对我国商业银行不良资产的化解有所裨益。

| Abstract: | In recent years,digesting of our country's bad assets of commercial bank has been put in leading group's agenda.In this article,the writer firstly analyses the overall state of bad assets of commercial bank of our country,and then combining the successful experience of China and foreign countries put forward the solution.Hoping that it is beneficial to dissolve the bad assets of our commercial banks. |
