Site-selection of the Logistics Park Based on a Combination Determining Weights Method

the paper regards the site-selection of the logistics park as the study background and proposes a weights determining method. This method not only considers the decision-maker’s subjective preference and the objectivity of the decision, but well uses the character of the projects’ evaluation values. So the weights are determined more scientifically and the optimal project can be chosen. The process of building the model and its solution is given. Finally, an example is illustrated to show effectiveness of this method.
