| 摘 要： | 林业行政许可是林业管理的重要手段,目前我国有包括林木采伐许可证、狩猎证、驯养繁殖许可证等一系列林业行政许可制度,但是,林业行政许可制度还存在着一些不足,必须在许可事项设定、许可审批程序、许可审批监管、被许可行为过程监督等方面不断加以完善,以实现林政管理的规范化、法治化和现代化。

Research on Forestry Administrative Permit |

| Abstract: | Forestry administrative permit is an important instrument for forestry administration.Presently China has a series of forestry administrative permit system including wood cutting permit,hunting permit,domesticating and breeding permit in which some deficiencies exist.We need to reform the permit enactment,approval proceeding,monitoring,so as to reach the modernization,legalization and standardization of forestry administration. |
