基于委托代理的独立学院科研管理研究

摘    要:通过把委托代理理论引入科研工作,建立单重激励和多重激励下的委托代理模型并求解,发现科研工作者的工作热情和该项工作自身的风险性以及激励制度的实施紧密相关;在相同的条件下,激励强度系数更大,多重激励下的科研工作者比单重激励下的更努力工作。独立学院应采取物质激励与精神激励相结合的激励机制。

Abstract:The introduction of agency by agreement into the work of scientific research,and the establishment of single incentive and multi incentive mode of agency by agreement show that the enthusiasm of scientific researchers is closely related to the risks of the work and the implementation of incentive system.Under the same condition,the bigger the incentive coefficient,the harder is their work.Independent school should take material and spiritual incentive mechanism.
