| 摘 要： | 福建省农村土地交易流转对新农村建设有着重大的影响,而近年来的土地交易规模的飞速发展产生了一些问题,妥善解决这些问题对有序推进新农村的建设具有积极意义。文章在分析土地流转交易现状的基础上,剖析了存在问题的原因及其影响,并从政府行为、市场行为等方面提出改进的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Transfer of rural land transactions in Fujian Province on the construction of new countryside has a significant impact on the rural construction.in recent years,the scale of land transactions＇ rapid development brings a number of problems,solving these problems properly has a positive meaning in the orderly construction of new countryside.Based on the analysis of land transfer transactions status,the paper analyzes the causes of existing problems and their impacts,and proposes the strategies and suggestions from government action,market behavior and other aspects. |
