| 摘 要： | “事业部制”是企业按照所经营的事业,包括按产品、地区和顾客(市场)等要素来划分部门,设立若干事业部,各事业部之间独立核算,并在企业内部的经营管理上拥有自主性的一种组织形式。“事业部制”理论自产生之日起,就在产业界得到广泛应用。天津华勘地质勘查局于2005年初开始实行事企分开,组建华勘(集团)有限公司,实行“事业部制”,在此过程中取得了不少成绩,也暴露出不少问题。在今后的改革中应注意处理好集权与分权的关系、处理好事业部之间的关系、组织形式不拘一格,促进信息化建设,注重高层培训等问题。

| Abstract: | It has played a significant role in the productive field since the form of Multidivisional structure.This paper describes the basic theory of the Multidivisional structure,and analyzes its present advantages and disadvantages for the Tianjin North China Exploration Bureau.It pointes out the problems which will be met in the Multidivisional structure reform,and gives an ideal frame structure for Huakan Group. |
