| 摘 要： | 在生物-心理-社会医学模式下，护理是连续的，康复指导、健康教育等以患者为中心的整体护理要求护理工作要培养既有全面护理知识又有科研能力和开拓精神的高素质实用型护理人才，必须有与之相适应的护理教育体系。只有全面提高护士的素质，才能最大限度满足人们各种各样的健康需求，从而推动护理事业发展。

| Abstract: | In the biology-psychology-society medical mode, the continual nursing especially,the patient-centered overall nursing system inclnding the recovery guide & health education calls for cultivating high-qualified practical nursing talents who are not only knowledgeable in nursing,but also capable in scientific research and pioneering,and requiring the suitable nursing educational system.To meet people's various demand on health,we are urges to improve nurses' quality in all-around ways,so as to promote the development of nursing. |
