| 摘 要： | 文章对推进学习型城市建设的现实意义进行了比较深入的探讨，在此基础上提出了推进学习型城市建设的五点对策。即：第一，党委、政府要发挥领导和示范作用。第二，要树立与时代相适应的学习理念。第三，要构建和完善终身教育体系。第四，要抓好各种学习型组织创建。第五，要营造良好的社会环境和舆论氛围。第六，要形成健全的保障和激励机制。
