摘    要:管理思想创新是形成比以前更好地适应管理组织内外环境变化并更有效地利用资源的新概念或新构想的活动。管理思想创新是管理内在矛盾发展的客观要求,是推动管理组织持续发展推进器。

Abstract:Innovation of management thoughts is an action that can form the new conceptions and new structural imaginations in order to meet the internal and external changes of the environment of the management organization and utilize the resource more effectively. Innovation of management thoughts is the objecfive demands of the development in the internal antinomy of management, and it is also the thruster for the sustainable development of the management organization.
