试析我国制度安排的后发劣势

有效的制度安排是后发国家实现跨越式发展的关键。本文对我国经济学界关于制度安排存在后发优势与后发劣势的争论,进行了简单阐述,承认制度安排具有后发优势,更要关注制度安排的后发劣势。重点论述了我国目前经济发展中出现的制度安排后发劣势的表现,必须采取措施弱化,克服制度安排的后发劣势。
