论课程网络平台的建设目标及其实现途径

课程网络平台在改进教学方法与教学手段、提高教学质量等方面有着十分重要的作用。根据其内在的教学功能，课程网络平台的建设目标有三：普及建设目标、重点建设目标、优秀建设目标。为实现这三个目标，要从技术层面解决不同网络平台的数据链接问题及平台在Web网页上的生成模式；也要合理分配管理权限，明确建设职责，完善建设机制。

Research On the Construction Goals of Web Instruction Platform and Its Realizing Way

Web instruction platform plays an important pole in reforming the teaching ways and raising the teaching quality. According to its function, the platform has three goals： universal goal, emphasis goal, and excellent goal. In order to realize the goals, from the technology aspect, we need to solve the problems of the data link between different web platforms, as well as the generating mode of web pages ; furthermore, we must have a rational allocation of the management authority, explicate the construction responsibility, and consummate the construction mechanism.
