| Abstract: | Letter of Credit（L/C）, once the safest settlement in the int＇ 1 trade, because of its risk and difficult to avert in practice, finally reduces the chances to be adored by dealers. Traditional L/C is increasingly replaced by its variation forms, which are more secure and convenient. |
