西方经济增长理论的启示和中国经济增长问题研究

现代经济增长理论多年的发展,为理解增长过程、分析增长问题、制定增长政策提供了重要工具和理论基础。但对于面临深刻制度变革的中国,只有将以市场化为主旋律的制度变迁过程结合到增长理论中去,才能真正理解中国的经济增长过程,并为中国的增长问题提供理论启示。以国家财政、国有银行和国有企业的制度性联接方式及其变化作为这一研究的切入点是合适的;在当前时期,打破三者之间的制度性联接,将三方面的改革隔离开来、独立进行,在制度变革中推进经济增长,才能真正提高经济的自运行能力。

Western Economic Growth Theory and the Problems of Economic Growth in China

Economic growth theory is to study the long-term tendency of economic growth.The modern economic growth theory,after many years of development,provides people with knowledge of economic growth process to analyze relevant problems and make policy for it.However,China is under the further institutional reform with the market as its focus.Therefore,only by combining the theory into the reform can we really know the process of economic growth in China and put forward proposals for it.It is helpful to make a research on the problem from the point of view of the three factors:state finance,state -owned bank and state -owned enterprises.At present,only by breaking their systematic relationships,and making reforms on them respectively can we advance economic growth and improve self-running ability of economy.
