| 摘 要： | 我国台湾省早在2002年就将文化创意产业列入重点发展计划，在政策与立法上推动和保障该产业的发展，并形成了有跨“部会”联动机制、人才培育机制、行政协助机制和法律调控机制，实现了台湾省文化创意产业的快速发展。两岸文化同源，台湾省在文化创意产业营造上的公私协力、物质支持与精神支持并重、注重产业发展的数据统计分析、培重开新等经验值得我们关注与借鉴。
