| 摘 要： | 文章从演化经济学角度来解释技术创新在企业成长中的作用。结合行业成长的数据，分析在行业惯例指导下的技术创新对行业发展的影响；结合企业成长的数据，分析在企业惯例指导下的技术创新对企业发展的影响。只有当企业惯例指导下的技术创新与行业惯例相近时，企业的技术创新选择才能成为行业的技术创新选择，企业才能在行业内获得竞争优势。
