摘    要:为更好地履行社会责任,企业应树立"以员工为中心"的人性化原则管理理念.把对员工的社会责任落实到企业的管理理念中,落实到企业的战略决策中,落实到企业生产经营过程中,实现"效率化原则"与"人性化原则"的统一.

Abstract:Enterprises should set up "employee-oriented" people-centered principle management system,carry out the staff's social responsibility in enterprise's management idea,carry out in enterprise's strategic decision,carry out in the enterprise production and operation process,and realize the unification of "the efficiency principle" and "the people-centered principle".
