摘    要:三峡电源工程主厂房为地下厂房,厂房顶拱为圆弧状,采用挂网喷护施工极为不便,很难适应顶拱的曲线变化挂网,而采用一般的素喷混凝土又很难满足电站重点部位厂房的结构要求.采用喷钢纤维混凝土既方便、节省支护时间,以能满足厂房岩体的稳定要求.通过介绍三峡电源电站工程主厂房中采用的喷钢纤维混凝土施工方法,了解其质量控制措施、功能及特性.随着理论研究和实践的不断深入,一些经验和方法将会得到更加广泛的运用及延伸,可供其他工程借鉴.

Abstract:The main plant house of TGP power source station is under the ground,and for its circular arch crest,it is very difficult to hanging net for fitting the curve variation of arch crest for shotcrete construction,the general non-reinforced concrete is also difficult to meeting structural requirement of main-point position of the power plant.Steel fiber concrete shotcrete is convenient,saves support time,and meet rock mass stability requirement of power house.To understand quality control measure,function of steel fiber concrete shotcrete,the construction method adopted in main plant house of TGP power source station is introduced.Along with the advancement of theory research and practice,some experience and methods will be used more widely and referred by other project.
