论毛竹林政资源管理体制改革与实践

毛竹是福建省最主要的经济竹种,占全省竹林总面积的80%以上。近年来,永安在毛竹林政资源管理体制改革方面进行了积极的探索和实践,2002年,被省林业厅正式批准列入全省唯一的毛竹林政资源管理改革试点县(市)。本文就永安市通过改革毛竹林政资源管理体制,逐步建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应、办事高效、运转协调、执法严明、监督有力的毛竹林政资源管理新体制方面的成功尝试进行探讨,以期推进全省林政资源管理体制的改革与创新,为我省竹业跨越式发展再添活力。

Pubescens Keng f. is the main economic bamboo in Fujian Province.Its cultivate area is over 80%of bamboo forestry total area.In recent years,Yong'an city engaged in reform and Practice Phyllostachys heterocyclea cv.
