本文通过分析改革开放30年泉州经济发展所起得的成就以及经济发展中存在的问题,提出了泉州应面对当前的金融危机,化"危"为"机",并且充分利用海峡西岸经济区建设的政策,调整产业结构,发展新一轮的经济产业,加快城市建设,重点发展自己的文化旅游产业及高薪技术产业。
