国有资源开发型企业员工压力状况研究——以中国石油长庆油田公司为例

摘    要:文章以中国石油长庆油田公司为例,对大型资源开发企业员工压力状况和压力源进行实证分析,研究发现影响员工满意度的压力源是“环境条件与员工预期”“家庭关系”和“工作支持与工作决策参与度”三个因素,并对形成这一压力的原因进行了讨论,提出了缓解压力的对策建议。

Research on Staff's Stress Condition in State- owned Resources Development Enterprises Taking the Oil Field Company of Changqing as an Example

Abstract:Taking the oil field company of Changqing as an example, the paper makes a postive study on staff's stress condition and its reasons stressor of State- owned large - scale resources development enterprises. The paper founds the staff stressor concludes five factors, in which affecting greatly the staff degree of satisfaction is "the environmental condition and the staff anticipation", "the diplomatic relation" and "the work supports and works policy - making participation". The paper further discusses and analyzes the reason to form this pressure condition, and to make some countermeasures and suggestions for alleviating stuff stress.
