Abstract: | ABSTRACT The concepts of relationship marketing art: merged with concepts from direct marketing to provide an integrated view of direct marketing. This combined literature is then applied to the specific case of legal services marketing. It appears that the combined literature can he usefully applied to professional services, in general, and holds promise for strengthening marketing efforts in this area. |
