| 摘 要： | 近几年来中国医药行业发生了翻天覆地的变化,医药分销物流成为了商业企业发展的重要领域.文章在对以往分销物流竞争力因素和绩效进行理论回顾和归纳的基础上,针对中国典型企业进行了6年的多案例比较研究,提出了一套反映和衡量中国医药分销物流绩效和竞争力的模型,并基于该模型评价了当今中国医药分销企业变革发展的轨迹和价值实现途径.
