| Abstract: | Since the remote monitoring/control network system is just initiated in water resources management in China,this paper gives a brief introduction to the establishment of the network system in Liaoning Province.The economic,social and environmental benefits brought about by the research and establishment of the project to the management of water abstraction of self facilitated water sources are analyzed. |
