| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的普及与发展,高校班主任的作用显得越来越重要。高校教育改革中遇到的新问题需要进行深入研究。在高校开展的素质教育中,班主任是高校教育改革中一支不可忽略的力量。班主任担当管理者的角色,其工作的重要性,特别是其在大学一年级新生中的引导作用,尤其值得关注。
