高职院校科研管理激励机制的探索

摘    要:高职院校科研管理激励机制内涵是指激发广大教师的工作动机,推动并引导其行为,使之朝向预定目标的多种方式。高职院校现行科研管理激励机制还存在一些不足,比如激励形式和手段单一以及激励力度较小等。高职院校应当从管理、奖励、目标、评价和服务等方面建立多样化的科研管理激励机制。

Abstract:The incentive mechanism of scientific research management of higher professional colleges refers to the ways of stimulating teachers work motive and guiding their behavior to the predetermined target.The incentive mechanism has some insufficiencies now,for example,the forms and means of incentive mechanism are too single and incentive strength is too weak.Diverse incentive mechanism must be established from aspects of the management,reward,and so on.
