| 摘 要： | 由于对人民币升值的预期,大量热钱涌入我国的房地产市场,我国房价居高不下。热钱的投机行为正在危害我国的房地产市场及整个经济形势。热钱在我国房地产市场的投资方式在不同时期有不同的表现。热钱涌入我国房地产市场的原因包括人民币升值预期、本外币利差扩大和国内外购买力的差别。

| Abstract: | Having the expectation of RMB appreciation,refuge money begins to invest market of estate of China,which causes the lasting high price of house.Refuge money is harming and will harm our market of estate and the whole economic situation.Refuge money behaves differently in different time periods.The reason that they chose China includes the expectation of RMB appreciation,the broadening of domestic interest between foreign interest,and the difference of purchase power between domestic and foreign countries. |
