| 摘 要： | 村民自治为温州农村的经济发展和新农村建设开辟了新的天地。温州农村村官的罢免与选举的轮回,展现了中国农民民主素质的提高。问题是村民们对村民自治和民主选举意义的认识还不到位,操作技术还不够熟练。实际上民主是一种习惯,是一种内在的生活方式。
