| 摘 要： | 西方国家的实践清楚地向我们表明,作为一种全新的经济发展模式,循环经济是实现资源节约型、环境友好型社会的载体和途径,已成为可持续发展的必然选择,而法律则是促进和保障循环经济发展的有力手段。循环经济法律体系是现阶段我国循环经济法制建设的重要课题。借鉴发达国家循环经济立法的先进模式,总结以往的循环经济实践经验,制定和完善符合中国国情的体例科学、结构严谨、层次分明、配套协调的循环经济法律体系已是当务之急。
