| 摘 要： | 私人银行业务是西方商业银行的“黄金业务”,是利润的主要来源和竞争热点,其产品创新、服务模式和经营策略正在发生着深刻的变化。就服务范围而言,西方商业银行私人银行业务涵盖了投资服务、银行服务和咨询服务。这些服务具有严格的基准条件、操作上的独立性和个性化特征。西方商业银行私人银行业务的演变和目前采用的产品开发策略、营销服务策略和业务经营策略给我国正在蓬勃兴起的私人银行业务提供了具有重要价值的参考作用。
