| 摘 要： | 从资源基础理论视角来看,文章认为服务企业国际化发展中企业内部传统的资产和现金资源在服务企业国际化中重要性不显著,而企业的经验值则更加重要。通过事件史分析法(event history analysis),对中国363家服务企业在2001～2007年间的国际化行为及其资源影响因素进行比较分析。实证结果支持了资产和现金因素无显著影响,以及经验值对服务企业国际化显著正向影响的观点。
