摘    要:尽管CRM(客户关系管理)可以极大地提高企业的竞争力,但它的实施成功率并不高。面对这种情况,文章认为,只有正确认识CRM,抓住关键因素,并在实施过程中注意相关问题,对项目严格考核,才能成功实施CRM。

Abstract:Successful probability of the execution of CRM is not high,though CRM may enhance Enterprise compition greatfully. As this, author thinks, CRM is only studied correctly, the main are captured, some questions are paied in the course of the execution and the projects are carefully examined, CRM is executed successfully.
