创意产业是当前经济发展的最活跃力量。中国经济面临着由“中国制造”向“中国创造”的过渡,创意产业对于中国来说,不仅是经济增长的亮点,而且是产业升级的重要手段。以智力为主要盈利手段的创意产业作为一个新兴产业,其发展具有不同于以往的传统产业的独特规律,更需要创意思维。应加强政府的组织引导作用,采取进口替代、不平衡战略等措施,促进中国创意产业的快速发展。
