中国人力资源管理研究典型文献分析--基于1990-2005年某专业学院硕士学位论文的视角

中国人力资源管理专业研究生的研究领域、内容和方法至今鲜为人知；对纵向视角的人力资源管理专业研究生学位论文的取样和研究在国内仍是一个空白。本研究有望就人力资源管理专业对这两点局限进行解释。本研究选择一个代表性中国本土院校人力资源管理专业的硕士学位论文，采取内容分析的文献研究方法，从语义学视角，以1990-2005这16年的纵向周期通过Word2007、Excel 2007、Nvivo8等软件编码，考量人力资源管理研究的变化。研究发现：中国人力资源管理研究呈国际化、科学化、规范化、细致化的趋势。

The Typical Literature Study of Chinese Human Resource Management Research ---A Study on Graduate Degree Thesis in School of LHR at RUC during 1990-2005

The field, content and methods of HRM graduate have been unknown so far .Besides, from the longitudinal perspective , the sampling and study of HRM professional graduate degree thesis have still been a blank in China .The study is expected to explain these two limitations and tried to fill the research gaps in HRM.Thus, the study selects HRM master’s degree thesis from a representative local schools, and takes the literature research methods of content analysis .From the semantics perspective and based on the longitudinal period of 16 years during 1990-2005, the study uses Word 2007, Excell2007, Nvi-vo8 and other software in coding to consider the changes of HRM research .It finds that HRM research trends seem to be international , scientific , standardized and detailed .
