| Abstract: | In this paper,with the help of double balance mixer,design and manufacture of S-band wide-band & frequency multiplier chain is introduced,of which bandwidth is biggerthan 13%,harmonic rejection is bigger than 45 dB,output fluctuation is less than 1 dB. |
