| 摘 要： | <正> 一、上海对外贸易四十年概况上海对外贸易经过四十年的发展,取得了显著的成就,主要表现在:1.进出口贸易规模处于全国前列上海在1950～1978年对外贸易规模在全国处于领先地位,而且增长速度也快于全国水平。如进出口总额由1.2亿美元增到30.2亿美元,年均增长12.2％(同期全国年均增长10.9％);其中出口额由1.04亿美元增到28.9亿美元,年均增长12.6％(全国为10.8％)。1978～1988年虽然由于主客观原因,后期外贸规模退居全国第二位(现被广东超过),发展速度也低于全国水平(如进出口总
