| 摘 要： | 当前，高校毕业生人数不断增加，就业形势日趋严峻，就业压力逐年提高。文章从高职生就业意识调查报告出发，分析高职生就业意识问题形成的内在原因，探讨就业指导的新思路，以期对引导高职生树立正确的就业观有所帮助。

| Abstract: | At present, under the backdrop of the growing number of graduates from higher educational institutions, the empoyment situation for some graduates is becoming more severce and employment pressure also is raising. Based on the survey on their employment consciousness, the author hopes that the article will be helpful for establishing the right employment consciousness by analyzing why the higher vocational students have the style of employment consciousness. |
