| 摘 要： | 企业的技术创新活动受很多因素的影响 ,其创新机制相当复杂。开放竞争对企业的技术创新行为有着重要的影响。本文归纳了企业技术创新的环境和机制 ,从理论上分析了开放竞争对一个国内企业技术创新行为的影响。最后 ,通过对中国相关数据的统计分析 ,认为开放竞争不仅在理论文献上 ,而且在中国的实践中 ,对国内企业的技术创新行为有显著的影响。
