| 摘 要： | 近年来,宁夏物流业得到快速发展,但人才匮乏是宁夏物流业发展的瓶颈。为此需要明确培训主体及职责,协同政府、行业协会、学校和企业,优化培训内容,探索适合宁夏物流业发展的物流管理人才培养模式,为地方经济建设作出贡献。

| Abstract: | In recent years,logistics industry in Ningxia develops rapidly,but lack of personnel is a bottleneck in the development of logistics industry in Ningxia.For this,they need to clear the training subject and duties,work with government,industry associations,schools and businesses to optimize training content explore the training mode of logistics management personnel which is suitable for the development of logistics industry in Ningxia,and contribute to local economic development. |
